The Programme Support Staff, under the Shelter Supervisor's guidance, ensures participants' safety, well-being, and engagement by maintaining a clean and comfortable shelter environment, monitoring physical and mental health, organizing recreational activities, and ensuring sufficient, culturally sensitive food supplies from admission to discharge.
